Wednesday at 6:00pm
Gentle/Beginner's Hatha Yoga: Using the foundation postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a static manner will help students achieve mental and physical well being. Postures will be broken down to attain proper alignment and ease of practice. Great for students introducing or re-introducing a yoga practice to their lifestyle.
Wednesday at 7:00pm
Hatha Flow/ Vinyasa: Using breath to connect postures into a sequence of movements that “flow” into a more vigorous series. This challenging style improves lung and cardiovascular capacity in addition to mental and physical well being. Previous yoga knowledge or practice is an asset for this class.
Thursday at 6:00pm
Intermediate Hatha Yoga: Advanced postures and difficult sequencing will help students advance mental and physical well being. Class suitable for students who have a yoga background or require a more rigorous practice.
Thursdays at 7:00pm
Bollywood Yoga: Using foundation postures choreographed to bollywood music to improve physical well being. This class is a fun way to introduce yoga to students who require more movement than meditation.
