Bellyrobics

Are you looking for an alternative that will help you to get fit while having fun at the same time?
Bellyrobics just might be for you.
Its based on bellydance, but the movements get bigger, bouncier and gets your heart rate up!
First 10 minutes of class are used to workshop the moves, and the next 50 minutes are warm-up, cardio, strengthen, and cool-down.
All to different styles of upbeat music!
Running shoes are required for this class. Veils and hipscarves are provided if you don't own these.

Don't have someone you can bring to class with you?
We will offer you the 8 week session for 15% off the regular price if you register on or before September 2nd.
Bellydance experience is not required for this class.
