Belly Grooves celebrates the feminine in a way that is sensuous, graceful and powerful. In this 3-hour workshop, you will be introduced to the dynamic world of belly dance by focusing on posture and muscle isolation, which are the fundamental elements present in most belly dance movement. We will break down each movement and provide you with the proper technique, allowing you to teach a basic Warm-Up, Cardio, Strength and Cool-Down section of your dance/fitness class. You will have the tools to introduce Belly Dance movement into your fitness classes, leaving you and your students feeling strong, inspired and challenged.
