Dance Grooves Instructional Workshop Saturday, October 23 – 10:00am – 1:00pm
This series is designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In this workshop, you will experience the different styles of dance of Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Disco, Salsa and Bollywood. Get up and dance! Included are 2 FIS CECs with Canfitpro!
