Do you love to dance but you also want a high intensity workout all-in-one?

The Cardio Latin Workshop Intensive is back at P.O.S.E. Dance by high-demand! This is a four-part 1.5 hour long class progressive series starting Sunday March 18th!

Moves you will learn are based in Reggaeton and Latin while exercise is specially designed for fat-blasting calorie-burning results! You will enjoy this dancercise based on the sounds of tropical, exotic and exciting latino music. The goal of this class is to build up your cardio endurance while increasing your muscle strength using simple repetitive drills for a balanced workout.

Finally, a short choreography will be taught to show off your moves all at the same time as boosting up your confidence on the dance floor.

If you're a beginner, come out and join a positive, fun-filled environment and build confidence in your overall bodily movement in dance. For those who are returning students, we wish to provide you with a unique and novel dance-fitness environment that will motivate you to finish hard and strong. Come enjoy cardio-building energy-filled choreography while strengthening your muscles all in one exhilarating class that will produce visible results.

Cost

Drop-in rates are set at $25 per class and $140 for the 8 class session.
