Seeking contemporary dancers interested in collaborating on a mouvement piece for the Toronto Outdoor Art Show, taking place July 6, 7 and 8 in Nathan Phillip's Square in downtown Toronto. Selected dancers will work with artist Allison Rowe to create a performance that responds to the process of oil production in Canada. Dancers will be able to exercise a large amount of creative control over the final work.
All small honorarium will be provided to all performers.
Interested dancers should email tar.sands.exploration.station@gmail.com with a view brief words about their experience and interest ASAP. Auditions will begin this week.
