The Pound Rockout workout combines easy to follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone.
Due to high demand, I will be hosting 2, women-only, free demo classes on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Each class will be a total of 25-minutes long.
To save a spot, please contact me by Friday, March 10, 2017. A maximum of 15 ladies will be allowed in each demo class. Limited spots are available.
