Bollywood City Fitness is a dance workout that combines easy to follow dance movements and exercises and beautiful rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East. No dance experience required.
This is a low to moderate impact class to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages. Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters (ages 13 to 17) to create time for mother and daughter bonding.
