Whether you are a SALSA, BACHATA, ZOUK, KIZOMBA, or CONTEMPORARY dancer, we are always looking for that extended line, beautiful posture, amazing flexibility, nice stable turns, or just physically more strong and toned. These qualities are especially important if you are a performer and looking to taking your dancing to the next level. The 8 weeks summer ballet bootcamp explores the exercises and stretches that ballet dancers use that could get you the mulitple turns, nice high fan kicks, flexible back bend, beautiful arm and legs lines and more! If you have a specific goal, let us know and we will guide you to it! No experience required but get ready for a real workout! Put your mind into something and you will definitely see the results in 8 weeks.
Course runs Jun 8 – Jul 27 for 8 weeks
Time: Wed 7:35-9:05pm
Cost: $180+hst full course ($15/hr)
*Drops in welcomed though the more committed you are the better results you will achieve!
Class will be taught by Tania Wong, a professional dancer and instructor, 3-times Canadian Bachata Champion, mulitple times Toronto Salsa Champion, who has been breathing, teaching, dancing ballet since the age of 6 and never forget to incorporate the techniques of ballet into every single dance she encounters.
