|Eva is a certified Group Fitness as well as Personal Trainer and brings a unique approach to conditioning with her extensive dance background. Body Conditioning by Dancers is a class which brings Personal Training into a motivating group atmosphere and conditions your body from a dance training perspective.
This class welcomes all levels and is perfect for anyone who:
-is uninspired by the gym or bored with their current program
-is seeking attention and feedback
-is looking for new and original exercises that will challenge you to produce results
-has reached a plateau, and would like to enhance performance
-is in need of that extra push, enabling you to reach levels of achievement that will surpass your own expectations!
If you would like to gain confidence though motivational coaching in a non judgmental group atmosphere, come participate in this group exercise program and enjoy the advantage of an instructor who can work with you to make sure you use the correct form, alignment and technique.

Because time is a valuable thing, the goal each class is to get more caloric burn for your time spent by focusing on body-weight and whole-body exercises using functional movements, which prevent injury and strengthening you for everyday activities.
While we do isolate muscles individually we focus mainly on getting all the muscles to coordinate together and with the addition of a cardio component in combination of each other, produces the steady elevated heart rate you are trying to achieve.
