Since i keep receiveing messages from users who didn't read the announcements about user accounts, i post it here as well, maybe you'll read this one.

Accounts are manually activated by admins, if your acccount is not activated for some time, write an email to mpetravich@torontodance.com.

What you need to have your account activated without emailing for it is to fill in some data on the infofield, especially location and interest. New accounts will not be activated without these information filled in.

This is important for me to be able to decide if an account is a valid one or a spammer. Since i want to keep this forum clear, i will not activate accounts without adequate information for my decision, in addition you might easily find your account erased. In this case you need to register again, and fill in the indicated information.

I know this might not look user-friendly, but I'm sure you don't want 400 spam posted here in 3 days as it happened last Xmas... i defintely don't want.
