Dance Grooves Instructional Workshop!
Dance Grooves is the next wave of fitness for average participant and represents one important thing- DANCE. Regardless if you are a beginner or advanced learner, this is your opportunity to experience the wonderful world of dance!
Dance Grooves is a dance class series designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In a unique way, women have the opportunity to experience different styles of dance such as Salsa, Hip Hop, Strip to Fit, Jazz, Bollywood, Swing, African
Line Dancing, etc. Dance Grooves is a high-energy, cardio lovin' class that fuses various styles of dance to help you get fit and have fun! The class offers custom, basic choreography, to get you movin' and groovin'! Regardless of what style you do, you'll be dancing!
