So you got the skill to execute those killer choreographed or freestyle moves...for like one round, 5 minutes max??? Now imagine you had the skill and the stamina to take it to the next level...performance level. Think on stage at a concert...an hour of non-stop dancing...can you hang??? If you’ve lost your breath simply thinking about it, then this workshop is for you!

This class is taught by fitness educator and professional dancer/choreographer, Christine (CSE) FIS/PTS/OFC/Reebok. Christine has “worked the stage” with the likes of Fabolous, Eminem, and Mobb Deep. Got her “cardio on” as a professional dancer at legendary clubs like the Phoenix, Guvernment and the Docks and has trained many through her classes, workshops, seminars and personal sessions. She has constructed this class to increase cardio, strength, balance and flexibility for the trained dancer who needs a little push in that department, to take them to the next performance rated level.
