Dance Studio / Fitness Centre / Yoga Studio Available for Rent!

We are a brand new dance studio opening up in the heart of North York at 5095 Yonge Street between Finch and Sheppard above the North York Civic Centre Subway Station at Empress Walk Mall.

We will be opening a 1800 square foot studio and are looking to partner with another yoga school, dance school, fitness school or a similar business that can use our space during the daytime hours anytime from 7am-6pm Mondays to Fridays and 7am to noon weekends (we are flexible with these times).

We offer free validated 1.5hr parking for your clients, a sound system, air conditioning, hardwood floors, mirrors and more.
