About Laura Furtado:
Laura Furtado has been titled a DIVA-Preneur. She is an accomplished International Dancer, Instructor and Choreographer, who has utilized her passion of the arts to generate wealth. She is the Owner and Artistic Director of Sensual Dance for Women and Diva Entertainment, promoting fitness and self-confidence to women across Canada. She is also the Co-Founder and Co-Producer of Women in Dance, a creative showcase promoting female dance talent in the Toronto area. She is recently a Nominee for the 2008 MARTYS Emerging Performance Arts Category (Mississauga Arts Council), and Featured Entrepreneur Advocate and Nominee for the 2008 Impact Arts Entrepreneur of the Year.

- Group discussions and open questions sessions

Three DIVA-Preneur Seminars will be hosted in celebration of Entrepreneurship Week Canada in November 2008:

1. Monday, November 17th: 7-8PM

2. Thursday, November 20th: 7-8PM

3. Sunday, November 23rd: 12-1PM
Location: Studio A Dance Academy, 6790 Kitimat Rd., Unit 19, Mississauga
