Our women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness program is a dance workout that combines easy-to-follow dance movements and exercises and beautiful rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East.
No dance experience is required. This is a low to moderate-impact class to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages
Welcoming moms and their teenage daughters to create time for mother and daughter bonding.
This is a community-based program that runs for 12-week sessions three times per year.
