AfroCardio is dance fitness for the culture! It is a specialized afro centric total body workout that uses cardio training dance moves to shred the core, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility; while incorporating some African Dance moves with Afro Beats, African Drums, Dance Hall, and Hip Hop. The dance moves are broken down with modifications. You are sure to leave feeling uplifted and energized!!
