RUMBA FLAMENCA INTRO TO FLAMENCO

This class will focus on all aspects of flamenco dance. Stretch and strength is included as well as learning a fun dance called “Rumba Flamenca” Using the platform Zoom, make sure you have space to dance and any workout clothes.
