Belly AB Fitness is a 1 hour power pack fitness class that incorporates structured workout session and intense dance moves. The first 20 minutes of the class the participants do high intensity workouts and for the remaining 40 minutes the participants learn repeated energetic moves for a full body workout.
The styles that are incorporated are Bollywood, Belly dance, and Hip hop. The class ends with a yoga/ breathing routine for a full relaxation for the body and mind.
Belly AB fitness is for women that are 16 and up.
