In order to feel as though you are thriving through life, mobility throughout our body at the different joints is so important. This class is very important for increasing your quality of life for the long-term or if you want to improve the quality of your dancing. Learning the techniques and skills in this class well enough to keep them up at home on a regular basis, will be the difference in your knee, hip, shoulder, foot health among many other things.
Learn proper breathing from the diaphragm, myofascial tissue release methods, various movement drills, stretches and strengthening techniques that will help your body feel revitalized and ready for more!
To accommodate for the amount of material that needs to be covered during a class like this, the classes will be 90 minutes in length.
