If you’ve always wanted to learn ballet as an adult but were too scared to take a class, here’s your chance! This fun workout program combines Ballet dance movements, slow flexibility exercises, and resistance training (using your own body weight) to burn fat and tone your body’s appearance, improve flexibility, and build strength. Classes combine chairs and resistance bands on occasion.
No dance experience required. Classes are always beginner-friendly and adapted for women of all ages and fitness levels.
