Calefaction: Forro dance workshop with Forro for all – FREE WORKSHOP

About the instructors:

Clara and Cem are instructors from Forró for All, a volunteer project aimed at building community and spreading the love of Brazilian culture through the medium of social dance. Cem’s salsa experience gives him a particular appreciation for connection and musicality, while Clara’s background in competitive Irish dance drives her interest in rhythm and intricate footwork. Both first encountered forró through this group and have been instructors for 5+ years.

Tonight’s presentation is part of Calefaction 2023, an exciting new winter festival featuring concerts, DJs, karaoke, dance & music workshops, giveaways, a sidewalk sale, mural tours, gallery & vintage crawls and more!
