Citadel + Compagnie: unmoored — May 1-4, 2019

Citadel + Compagnie presents the highly anticipated return of the 2018 Dora Award-winning unmoored, running May 1-4, 2019 at 8pm at the Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance. Hailed by critics as a work “of total perfection,” (Paula Citron) this spoken word and movement piece was created by dance story innovator Sarah Chase in collaboration with revered dance artist Peggy Baker. Finely honed text, action and staging create the framework for a performance of raw and searing emotion that addresses the themes of love, disability, caregiving and death.
