The Doing Our Thing workshop provides a mechanism where artists can come together to share tools and techniques that foster collaborative artistic practices. This is the 3rd edition of Doing Our Thing, and explores dance and visual arts.
Workshop Leaders: Kristina Alleyne of Alleyne Dance (UK) Dance/Movement and Charmaine Lurch for Visual Arts. Workshop will take place from 10am to 6pm. The workshop will take place at Dancemakers – MICHAEL J. BAKER STUDIO # 314 – 15 Case Goods Lane, Studio 301
The day concludes with an 8PM evening presentation featuring Kristina Alleyne (UK) and Charmaine Lurch alongside Amadou Kienou, Artists In Motion, EDIFY, and Kevin Reigh. The performance will take place at Studio Theatre – Harbourfront Centre – 235 Queens Quay W. Toronto, ON M5J 2G8
