Femme! is a 90-minute fusion of sensual movement, meditation and celebration inspired by African, Tribal and Free Dance. Set to live African drumming.

Designed in NYC by Somatic Healer, Keynote Speaker and Wellness Expert, Bernadette Pleasant, this powerful practice uses a variety of movement and musical styles to create a multi-sensory experience that expresses the entire body.
