Fusion Cardio Toronto is pleased to offer one-time introductory spots in the Women’s Pound Rockout Workout class for new beginners-only to promote a 14-week class in the Fall.
Pound combines easy to follow cardio moves, strength training, and drumming. The combo works the heart rate to a fat burning zone. Once you sign up successfully, a registration email will be sent to you with a waiver and additional information on what to wear/bring to rock out. Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters (ages 13 to 17) to create time for mother and daughter bonding.
