FREE Zumba Kids Class – Fall 2018

Licensed Zumba Kids Instructor Bianca Bold is excited to be launching Zumba Kids classes this fall at Windermere United Church, starting off with a FREE demo class for kids ages 4 and up!

Zumba® Kids is perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! In this fun class, kids get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music.

Zumba® Kids classes are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

Benefits – Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.

Ages – 4 and up

Windermere United Church is just steps from either Jane Station (accessible) or Runnymede Station, and there’s free street parking.
