Groove is an incredible dance party! There’s no follow-the-leader, right foot/left foot, you’re doing it wrong in this class!

Here’s how it goes:
We dim the lights, play a wild variety of awesome music, and guide you through a few super simple moves. You can’t get them wrong, because you’re supposed to do them in your own way! Try on different styles, workout different parts, and build up your confidence.

Don’t dance like everyone else: dance like yourself! If you don’t know what that looks like, this is a safe space to find out. Be sassy, silly, hardcore, robotic, funky, graceful, sexy, mysterious, jazzy, calm. Be free. Be you. No one cares what you look like – we’re all here to be “united and unique,” and to have an amazing time.
