Workshop Descriptions from Hot Hoop Dance Mama Herself!:
WORKSHOP #1: DOUBLE VISION
Mesmerize anyone with these hypnotic sequences for twin hoops. In this workshop we will learn the art of framing and manipulation skills through several types of hybrid-based combos.
Sequences will include new material based on framed hybrids of double smears, isolations, folds, weaves, hip hinges, along with many transitional ideas for smoothness and illusion.
WORKSHOP #2: TWIN DIVA
This sassy workshop will focus on double wedgie entrances, exits and flourishes as well as double body locks to bring out your inner diva. In this workshop, we will learn three combos complete with smooth transitions, basic footwork body positioning to bring out your inner twin diva.
WORKSHOP #3: ONE-HANDED MAGICIAN
A twin hoop workshop based on a variety of two hoops/one hand skills. In this workshop we will explore how to smear, twist, escalate, and finger-spin twin hoops using only one hand.
WORKSHOP #4: ON BODY BLISS
In this workshop we will learn yoga pose sequences with twin hoops. We will be focusing on knee hooping while doing a variety of other on and off body skills as well as exploring the ins and outs of double lock poses in standing position.
