Jennifer Archibald’s ARCHCORE Dance Intensive is coming to Toronto December 27th

On Dec 27th, New York City based Canadian Choreographer Jennifer Archibald (bio) is holding her ArchCore Winter Intensive at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre. This is a 3-hour contemporary and hip hop event open to advanced professional and pre-professional dancers that will incorporate the technical fundamentals of modern dance and hip hop into a gritty street level execution of contemporary dance.

In this program, Jennifer pushes dancers athletically to move with and against gravity and lyrically fly across space, encompassing the hard edge of street dance and the fluidity of classical technique. The intensive includes a 90 min technique class, repertory, partnering, and improvisation acting concepts.

Participants are eligible to win a partial scholarship or early admission to Jennifer’s 1-week ArchCore40 NYC Summer Intensive.
