Kids Latin Dance Classes, 8 – 12 years

Sunday Feb. 21 – April 17, 12pm – 1pm
for kids 8-12 yrs

The Kids’ Latin Dance class will place an emphasis on movement, musicality, coordination and fun. The children will learn the basics of Merengue (or Salsa or Cha Cha, depending on the term) along with a short choreographed dance routine they will perform for the parents at the end of the session.

Steps Dance Studio is dedicated to teaching children the art of Latin dancing in a fun and caring environment. Our trained and experienced instructors strive to enhance students’ self-esteem, promote physical fitness, discipline and a sense of accomplishment while encouraging a feeling of team spirit and a greater awareness and appreciation of other cultures through studying dance.
Class is open for boys and girls. No dance experience necessary.
