Love to dance? Try this fun, energetic class dancing to all the Ballroom dances – Rumba, Waltz, Samba, Charleston, Hustle, West Coast…and a little bit of Country.
This is an Intermediate level class, so any form of dance experience is an asset, but not necessary.
*PLUS! We also do a variety of rhythm and arm coordination exercises.
Weekly Drop-in class – THURSDAYS 11:30am-12:30pm
Pay as you go – $15. per hour (includes hst)
