Fusion Cardio Toronto is excited to introduce Mom and Baby Pound Fit class to their Runnymede and Bloor location for 14-weeks.
Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone. The workout’s routines which include standing, sitting and laying down routines, are paired to some of the hottest Rock, HipHop, and Trap remixed songs. This class has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies (5 months and up) and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. This is a low to moderate impact workout to accommodate women of all fitness levels.
There will be two classes on Mondays with 6 spots allowed per class.
