Pound Fit is a workout that combines drumming, strength training, and cardio moves. This workout has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies ( 6 months to 2 years) and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout.
To participate, all you need to do is show up with your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes. Must bring a yoga mat for you and a towel for your baby to sit on. Toys and baby drums are highly encouraged.
