Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves, resistance-training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone. The workout’s routines which include standing, sitting and laying down routines, are paired to some of the hottest Rock, HipHop, and Trap remixed songs. This is a moderate impact workout and is always beginner-friendly. This class has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies (4 months and up) and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout.
There will be two classes on Mondays with 6 spots allowed per class.
