Every sunrise is an opportunity to start again.

Fall is a time of new beginnings, a time of change, and a time of letting go.
Let us welcome the new season by breaking free of what no longer serves and dancing into the new.

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to the Amazon Fire relief fund

Flow of the Evening

7:30pm Doors Open – Come land on the floor, connect to your breath, warm-up and gently move before the main dance beginnings.

8:00 Opening Circle; Meditation & Community Ritual lead by Liz Diaz & Crystal Bowl Soundscapes with Talia Greenberger (Doors will be temporary closed during this time)

8:30-10:00 DJ’ed dance journey of global conscious grooves lead by DJ Liz Diaz the dance will end with a meditative cystal bowl sound journey with Talia.

10:00 Closing circle

Stay after the dance for Kombucha and Community social.

******please come early, limited capacity. doors will close at for opening circle at 8:00 and temporarily reopening at 8:15 to let late comers in******

Why CDP?

Across time and cultures, dance has long been created as an opportunity to come together; for celebration, to heal and commune with all that is sacred.  Conscious Dance Parties (CDP) are drug and alcohol free events, please do not consume substances, before coming to this event to honour the sacredness of the space and your dance. No talking on the dance floor. All ages and abilities welcome. No dance experience required.

About Your Facilitator & Founder

Liz Diaz

Has been leading community rituals and conscious dance events since 2012. She has a deep passion for creating transformative, transcendental dance experiences. Her music selection can be described as conscious global grooves. She runs her coaching practice out of The Rocks Store in Toronto and hosts regularly women’s only dance circles Dance Temple visit Lizdiaz.ca for more info.
