Moms and Babies love working out and we love working out with them too!
Ballet Dance Fitness (Barre) is an easy-to-follow strength training workout combining ballet dance moves and exercises to tone the belly, arms, and booty with fun beats. This class combines yoga mats and chairs to help with balance.
All classes are beginner-friendly and moderate impact. Women have the option to come with or without their baby. For women with babies 5 months & up. This is a 12-week program. Must register online in advance and fill out a waiver and PARQ forms confirming you are ready for an exercise program under us.
