Through our program, kids will learn Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) outlined by the Coaching Association of Canada through fun games, HIIT circuits, drills and music. FMS include, throwing and catching, kicking and passing, leaping and jumping. Such activities help children develop the building blocks of movement while helping them meet their daily exercise requirement of at least 60-minutes a day.
