Soca Dance Workshop

Get ready to wine!
To celebrate our 10th year anniversary we are bringing back our weekly dance series! As seen on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Breakfast Television and more, the Carnival Spice dance fitness experience is fun, energetic, and transformative for both the body and mind. Dance and sweat to the sounds of the Caribbean such as soca and dancehall.

Series Information:
We have opened up limited spots each week. The session runs consecutively Saturdays from April 8 to May 6
Time: 11am – 12pm
All dance and fitness levels welcomed.
Location: 3581 Dundas St W, York (Gotta Dance)

Entry: $18+hst
