Ladies, join the fun! Do something good for YOU and make this 1 hour your new weekly party. Combining dance fitness and strength training, I will help you achieve your health goals! Vibe to the best of latin, soca, dancehall, hip hop and more!
Most of all, it’s about working out while having FUN! There’s no judgment, no right or wrong, and low impact / high impact options for all our ladies. I want you to feel challenged but also feel like this is a class that you enjoy being in!
If you’re a busy woman during the week with no time for exercise (or you enjoy doing a variety of activities) and don’t want to sign up for memberships of doing classes that you don’t enjoy, then this is the perfect opportunity to fit in 1 hour of feel-good sweat and calorie burn to fun music.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Close to Morningside / Hwy 401, there is free parking on site. The dance studio is up the stairwell, on the 2nd floor. Just come on in!
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring water, a yoga mat, and towel (optional).
