During our 10th Anniversary of TEADE 2021, International Dance Event, our organizing committee invites you to participate in the First TEADE International Choreographic Virtual Competition for professional dancers, choreographers and students. TEADE ’s competition will take place virtually and coincide with our Digital Gala Celebration and Conference X TEADE 2021; In this first edition, the contestants will compete in Contemporary Dance style.
There will be two STREAMS:
PROFESSIONAL STREAM – For Professional dancers & choreographers ( ages 18+) Competing as choreographers and/or dancers.
- $1,000 PRIZE Professional Choreography Prize + invitation to present the work in upcoming Danza Corpus Canada events.
- **** $300 PRIZE Best Interpretation Award
STUDENT STREAM – For Dance students (ages 13 +) Competing as choreographers and/or dancers.
- $300 PRIZE Student Choreography Prize
- **** Best Interpretation Award: A Gift Card for Dance Classes with Danza Corpus Canada’s instructors.
Finalists will be featured as part of our Virtual Gala on December 18, and the winners will be announced on Sunday, December 19 as part of our Closing Gala. A diploma will be awarded to all contestants. All competitors could attend the TEADE Digital Gala Showcase on Dec. 19th.
