This is a Nia Technique class.
Nia combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness with heart-pumping music to create a high-energy workout without any straining or forcing. Nia conditions your body while transforming your self-awareness, body image, and agility.
It is not yet another fitness trend designed to make you feel bad about your body. The magic of Nia is that although many participants attend their first class because they want to become stronger, more flexible, or healthier but they stay because it works.
Nia is effective and enjoyable for all bodies: no matter your age, ability, shape, size, or mobility. It adapts to you, where you are, without losing the benefits or the amount of fun you have.
