This two hour workshop will begin with a Pilates-based warmup followed by various tribal steps that cover some distance. We’ll take some basics and move them forward, back, and in zig-zags in a couple different speeds to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping!
Available to dancers of varying experience. Total newbie? No worries, we’ll get you moving!
Please bring your own yoga/pilates mat for the warm up and a water bottle.
