Michelle Regale teaches East Coast Swing progressing from beginner to intermediate from 7:30 to 8:45. Then DJ plays a variety of dance music, swing and some country, latin and ballroom. No partner is required. For the lesson we change partners every couple of minutes. The majority of our members do not have dance partners.
