Ballet Dance Fitness (Barre) is an easy-to-follow strength training workout combining ballet dance moves and exercises to tone the belly, arms, and booty with fun beats.
All classes are beginner-friendly and moderate impact. Must bring a carrier or car seat to class. Women have the option to come with or without their baby. For women with babies 5 months & up. This is a 12-week program. Must register online in advance and fill out a waiver and PARQ forms confirming you are ready for an exercise program under us.
