This program combines ballet dance moves, resistance training (body weight exercises), yoga and fun and flirty beats. Classes combine chairs and mat routines. The goal is to blast fat through slow controlled movements. No dance experience required. This is a moderate impact physical activity and is beginner-friendly. Please come dressed to workout. Must bring a yoga mat and chair.
