This fun workout program combines Ballet dance movements, slow flexibility exercises from pilates, and resistance training (using your own body weight) to burn fat and tone your body’s appearance, improve flexibility, and build strength. Classes combine chairs and resistance bands on occasion.
Classes are always beginner-friendly and adapted for women of all ages and fitness levels. Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters (ages 13 to 17) to create time for mother and daughter bonding.
