Barre is a unique workout program providing adults with and without any ballet back round with the opportunity to get the Ballerina experience at any age. Barre combines easy to follow ballet dance movements, Yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Classes combine chairs and resistance bands. Must bring a Yoga Mat or Towel.
No dance experience required. Classes are always beginner-friendly and adapted for women of all ages and fitness levels.
