Our female-only program teaches beginner steps and easy-to-follow choreography all while encouraging a fun workout. Classes will help to improve your upper body and core muscles, encourage self-expression and coordination, and combine scarves. No dance experience is needed.
This program ran between 2018 to 2019 and we’re happy to bring it back to our community space at High Park.
