Bollywood City Fitness is a dance workout that combines South Asian and Middle Eastern rhythms and easy-to-follow exercises and movements to create a fun and exhilarating workout. Expect a class filled with exotic rhythms all the way from India to Egypt right here in the city. No dance experience required. Classes are always beginner-friendly and low to medium impact to accommodate those from all fitness levels.
Happily welcoming teenage girls to create a space for mom and daughter fitness time.
